By accessing GLTS (Global Leadership Training & Skills), you agree to comply with our academic and professional guidelines. Our terms are built to protect the integrity of your leadership journey.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use GLTS's website or platform if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in our modules, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal development. Any unauthorized distribution or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

3. SLAT, CASA, and P4 Evaluations

The GLTS evaluation framework is proprietary. All assessments (SLAT diagnostic, CASA analysis, and P4 demo) must be completed independently by the enrolled student to ensure the accuracy of the Skill Profile Map.

Honor Code

As part of our commitment to building ethical leaders, any form of plagiarism or artificial manipulation of assessment results will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments for courses and evaluation services are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing the main module content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, GLTS and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. All rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, or duplicate GLTS materials without written consent.
