Note: Students must score a minimum of **6.0** to be eligible for the GLTS Global Leadership Certificate. Scores below this are categorized as "Emerging" and may require additional module reviews and a reassessment.

SLAT Diagnostic Assessment
MandatoryThe journey begins with the Self-Learning Assessment Tool (SLAT). This 45-minute online diagnostic measures your cognitive baseline and maps your potential on our 10-point scientific scale.
Step 02
Verification
Document & Profile Review
CriticalPost-SLAT, our admissions board reviews your academic background and professional aspirations. Successful candidates receive a formal invitation to the June 2026 cohort within 48 hours.
Step 03
Immersion
CASA Methodology Onboarding
ActiveOnce enrolled, you gain access to the Case Analysis & Strategic Application (CASA) portal. You will be assigned a Lead Mentor to guide your 12-week transformation process.
Step 04
Output
P4 Performance Certification
CertificationThe final phase involves the P4 Protocol (Performance & Public Pitching). Your graduation is contingent upon achieving a minimum 7.5 score on the final 10-point scale evaluation.
