GLTS (Global Leadership Training & Skills) is a modern and impactful learning platform created by Faatiha Aayat. It goes beyond standard courses to provide youth with the necessary skills, mindset, and real-life experience to grow as global leaders.

GLTS is a transformational journey. Instead of just teaching theories, it evaluates your practical application through a transparent and scientific 10-point scoring scale. Rather than a simple certificate, you receive a complete 'Skill Profile Map' detailing your competencies.

The curriculum consists of 10 core modules (e.g., Vision & Strategic Thinking, Crisis Management, Emotional Intelligence). For the Long Course, there are 3 lessons per module (30 total). For the Short Course, there is 1 high-impact lesson per module (10 total).

Your skills are tested in three stages: 1. SLAT (Strategic Leadership Aptitude Test) - A 25-minute MCQ test (25 Marks). 2. CASA (Comprehensive Analytical & Situational Assessment) - A 5-minute visual video presentation (25 Marks). 3. P4 (Practical Presentation of Professional Proficiency) - A 15-minute live demonstration (50 Marks).

Scores from SLAT, CASA, and P4 are combined and scaled proportionally out of 10. For example, a score of 9.0-10 represents 'Exceptional' leadership, 8.0-8.9 is 'Advanced', 7.0-7.9 is 'Proficient', and so on.

Yes, heavily. Each module includes learning objectives, real-world Case Studies (such as Unilever's Sustainable Living Plan or the Rana Plaza Collapse), and practical exercises like role-playing, brainstorming, and emotion journaling.
