Your data is primarily used to construct your Personalized Skill Profile Map. Specifically:

• To validate your leadership tier (Exceptional, Advanced, etc.).
• To provide tailored mentorship based on your module performance.
• To issue verified Global Leadership Certificates.
• To improve our 10-pillar curriculum through anonymous data analysis.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Assessment videos and SLAT results are stored in secure, restricted-access servers. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

4. Your Rights as a Student

You have the right to access your performance data at any time through the GLTS portal. You may also request the correction of any personal details or the deletion of your account once the certification process is complete.

5. Changes to This Policy

GLTS reserves the right to update this policy as we expand our global platforms. Students will be notified of any significant changes via the email address associated with their enrollment.
